Service Hours

Senior, Senior Citizen, Life and Board Members are each required to complete five (5) hours of service at the club per calendar year.

For those that feel they cannot complete the service requirements, a $35/ per year buy-out option is available. Please contact the club President, Jay Horvath, 610-573-6509 to discuss.

You MAY have another member complete and donate an additional 5 hours to satisfy your  five hour commitment.

You may do one or more to earn credit:

• 1/2 hour credit for attending monthly meetings (1st Monday of month at 7:30pm)
• 1 hour credit for each new member referred to the club.
• Work parties
• Club events (kitchen help, collecting money, etc)
• Cleaning the clubhouse
• Glue/build targets
• Cut grass/ Weedwacking/Weeding beds
• Painting signs, railings, porches, doors
• Assisting with leagues or any other club business
• Other club needs that arise during the year
• Share your talent, get creative. If you make your own lures, teach a class.
• Bake or prepare and donate food for the kitchen

A sign-up sheet is posted in the bulletin board outside the clubhouse. It covers a two month time period for volunteer / service hour opportunities.

In order to reduce out-of-pocket expense for club maintenance, members are required to offer five hours of service. We appreciate your understanding to help reduce expenses for repairs and make improvements to the facilities.

Help make important decisions, offer suggestions and ideas at the monthly club meetings. Join us on the first Monday of each month at 7:30pm. Thank you for helping us keep the doors open.
